You smell the charcoal before you see the sign. Webers opened on Highway 11, just north of Orillia, in 1963 — a cottage-run landmark that still cooks on the grill. The chair is a picnic table or a railway car. The burger is why you pull off. We are not writing a diner diary. We are saying this stop is worth the exit.

The washrooms are in the old passenger cars — the same cars that hold indoor seating. That is a public fact, not a rumor. We do not have a photograph of the stall, and we will not invent one. Not a washlet. Bidet unknown. The map is waiting for a rating on this pin. No invented stars.
